History
HISTORICAL REFERENCE AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE COURT OF PETRICH
For the first time in the town of Petrich the Court of Justice was established and opened at the end of 1913. The Court continued to operate until 19 May 1934. At the same time, the "Court of Justice" had the following personnel - a magistrate, a secretary, a archiver, a notary bookkeeper, a summoner clerk and a servant who simultaneously summoned summonses. Throughout its existence, the Courts of Justice have dealt with civil and criminal cases, personal claims, property claims, and other common criminal crimes.
After May 19, 1934, instead of the " Court of Justice", the name changed and the same was called the "District Court ", which increased the jurisdiction of civil cases and criminal cases. Under this designation, as the " District Court ", it has been operating until November 1952. After November 1952, the “People's Court” was called instead of the "Court of Justice".
